Peter Cook serves as the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors for ITF Pharma, Inc. He was co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Womens Choice Pharmaceuticals, LLC a subsidiary of ITF Pharma.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Peter has substantial experience in specialty pharmaceuticals and has successfully built and led sales, marketing, operations, business development and managed markets teams.
Prior to ITF Pharma, Peter was a strategic consultant with InVentiv Health responsible for sales and marketing functions including market research, developing sales strategy, sizing, structure and alignments along with executing launch strategies for new products. Prior to that he served as Senior Director of National Sales and Managed Markets for Columbia Laboratories, Inc. where he was responsible for strategic planning and commercial operations.
Peter started his career with Stiefel Laboratories where he held positions of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing and managed markets.
Dave has more than 20 years of successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Over the years he has worked for Novavax, Azur Pharma, Jazz Pharmaceuticals as well as start-up organizations holding a number of roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to ITF, Dave was a member of the management team of Womens Choice Pharmaceuticals. Dave earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Delaware in Newark, DE.
Michael Smith is the Vice President, Finance at ITF Pharma, Inc. He joined the company in April 2017 and has nearly 13 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Michael began his career in the pharmaceutical industry with Cytokine PharmaSciences (CPSI) focusing in corporate finance. After leaving CPSI, he moved to CSL Behring where he held several positions of growing responsibility within the global commercial and corporate finance functions. Just prior to joining ITF, Michael served as the Director of Analytics and Business Evaluations at CSL. He has substantial experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and valuation modeling.
Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Villanova University and a master’s degree in business administration from Lehigh University.
Dan Zimmerman is the Vice President of Sales. Dan joined ITF in September 2015. Prior to his current role, Dan served as Director, Sales Force Effectiveness.
Dan has more than 20 years of sales leadership experience. His experiences have focused on sales, training, leadership development, sales force optimization and bridging technology & sales teams. Prior to joining ITF, Dan was Associate Director, Sales Force Effectiveness at Allergan (formerly Actavis).
Additional previous experience includes leading the Training and Development department at Juniper Pharmaceuticals (formerly Columbia Laboratories). He also served as District Manager in multiple markets across the United States. He led the launch of multiple new products as well as field sales force expansions.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston, Downtown.
